By accessing or using the HashFlow platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and its services. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes a binding agreement to all terms and conditions set forth herein.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and HASHFLOW LTD ("HashFlow", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the HashFlow platform, including any subdomains, mobile applications, and all associated digital services (collectively, the "Service" or "Platform").
1.1 "Platform"/"Service" refers to the HashFlow website (hashflow.cc) and all associated digital infrastructure, software, and services provided by us.
1.2 "User"/"You" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Service, whether registered or not.
1.3 "Account" refers to the unique user profile created on the Platform to access specific services and track activities.
1.4 "Rewards" refers to any compensation, bonuses, hashrate allocations, or utility benefits received through participation in the Platform's ecosystem.
1.5 "Promotions" refers to limited-time marketing campaigns where additional bonuses or hashrate are granted to Users under specific conditions.
2.1 Requirements: To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You represent and warrant that you have not been previously suspended or removed from our Services.
2.2 Sanctions & Compliance: You represent and warrant that you are not on any international sanctions lists (including but not limited to OFAC, EU, and UN sanctions) and that your use of the Services does not violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
2.3 Registration: Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We strongly recommend the use of two-factor authentication (2FA).
2.4 Account Security: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
3.1 Cloud Mining Infrastructure: HashFlow provides a cloud-based infrastructure for digital asset mining. By purchasing hashrate, you are leasing a portion of our computing power. Rewards generated are subject to network difficulty, mining pool performance, and hardware efficiency, which are inherently variable.
3.2 HFC Token: The HFC token is an internal utility token designed to provide benefits within the HashFlow ecosystem. HFC is not a security, investment product, or financial instrument. It has no guaranteed value and is intended solely for platform utility.
3.3 Service Modifications: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, reward rate, or service component at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification or discontinuation.
4.1 Non-Refundable Policy: All purchases made on the Platform, including but not limited to mining power leases and PTC advertisement credits, are strictly non-refundable. This policy is final due to the immediate allocation of resources and irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions.
4.2 Transaction Processing: Payments are processed through third-party gateways. We are not responsible for delays caused by network congestion or gateway technical issues. Exchange rates are dynamic and fixed only at the moment of payment confirmation.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms: Users may withdraw mined assets subject to minimum limits and network fees. We reserve the right to batch withdrawals for security and efficiency. Withdrawals may be delayed during periods of network instability or for security audits.
4.4 Verification & Compliance (KYC/AML): We reserve the right to require identity documentation (KYC) for any transaction or withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account termination to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CFT) regulations.
5.1 Zero Tolerance Policy: Any user found engaging in the following activities will face immediate account termination and permanent forfeiture of all balances and rewards without warning:
5.2 Discretionary Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms, at our sole discretion.
6.1 Content Standards: Advertisements submitted to our Paid-To-Click (PTC) network must not contain malware, adult content, illegal substances, hate speech, or deceptive redirects. We reserve the right to reject or delete any advertisement that violates these standards without a refund.
6.2 Third-Party Responsibility: HashFlow does not endorse or guarantee the content of advertisements served through our PTC system. Users interact with third-party ads at their own risk.
7.1 Commission Accrual: Referral rewards are calculated at the standard platform rate for eligible contributions that do not exceed the established maximum limit. We reserve the right to modify these rates at any time.
7.2 Maximum Eligibility: Any individual contribution exceeding the platform's current maximum threshold for referral rewards will not be eligible for commission. Our system automatically determines eligibility based on internal risk management and stability thresholds.
8.1 Validity: Promotional bonuses (including extra hashrate) are valid only during the official campaign period specified on the Platform. Once a promotion ends, no further bonuses will be granted for subsequent deposits.
8.2 Expiration: All promotional hashrate bonuses are temporary and have a fixed expiration date. Upon expiration, the bonus hashrate will be automatically removed from the User's account, returning the total hashrate to its pre-bonus level (plus any additional permanent purchases).
8.3 Calculation: Bonus hashrate is calculated based on the net deposit amount confirmed during the active promotion period. Some promotions may require a minimum deposit amount to qualify for the bonus. If multiple promotions are active, only the most beneficial one for which the User qualifies will be applied. Any delays in blockchain confirmation that result in a deposit being finalized after the promotion end time may result in the forfeiture of the bonus.
9.1 Ownership: All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of HASHFLOW LTD or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only.
10.1 Not a Financial Institution: HashFlow is a technology service provider, not a bank, brokerage, or financial institution. No information provided on the Platform should be construed as financial, investment, or legal advice.
10.2 Market Risks: Cryptocurrency and digital asset markets are highly volatile and unpredictable. You acknowledge that you may lose the entire value of any assets held or earned on the Platform due to market fluctuations.
10.3 Technical Risks: You assume all risks associated with using an internet-based service, including but not limited to hardware failure, software bugs, and network disruptions.
10.4 Past performance of mining returns or utility benefits is never a guarantee of future results.
11.1 Exclusion of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, HASHFLOW LTD and its affiliates shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
11.2 Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HashFlow from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
12.1 "As Is" Basis: The Platform and all its components are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
13.1 User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for determining whether any taxes apply to the rewards you receive through the Platform and for reporting and remitting the correct taxes to the appropriate tax authority in your jurisdiction.
14.1 Mandatory Internal Support: Before initiating any legal action, you agree to submit your dispute to our support team. We will attempt to resolve the matter within 30 business days. Our internal resolution process is a prerequisite to any further legal proceedings.
14.2 Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where HASHFLOW LTD is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
15.1 Force Majeure: We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargos, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
15.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
15.3 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HashFlow regarding the use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements.
